Ladies! Wakestock Needs You!!!

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last 6 months, you’ll be well aware that Wakestock 2011 is fast upon us! July 8-10th will see the wakeboarding masses converge in North Wales for the event of the year. This year, building on the successes of the past few, the girls have an increased platform to show off their skills. Three former champions Charlotte Bryant, Jules Haley and Robbie Rendo will be amongst those in Pwllhelli Marina for the boat contest and the on-site Pool gap will see a load of new blood joining seasoned pros like Steph Caller and Alex Gardiner for a demonstration of rail skills second to none! However, there are so many great girls killing it out there that this year sees a qualifier event for the pool gap with those making it through, heading to the main platform; the on-site Pool Gap. It’s still not too late for you too to get involved! (Details below).

Come rain or shine, we don’t want you to miss a thing, so we’ve got a comprehensive list of when and where to see all the girls’ riding at this year’s event. Obviously, things are subject to change on the day, but as the event gets better and better organised, we’re confident that these timetables should be pretty concrete.

The girls have worked really hard to get themselves represented at Wakestock with good prize money as well. Your support will help secure their place at the world class event year on year. So please, get involved by taking part or cheering them on.
