JBSki Ladies Mornings 2011

By Mary Rowling
LADIES MORNING sessions at JBSki have just come to the end of yet another successful season, with many ladies joining us for the first time this year, along with regulars who have made big improvements to their riding over the course of the summer.
Ladies who came down on a Wednesday morning have enjoyed riding in a relaxing atmosphere, and achieving their goals big and small! For some this meant getting out on the water or mastering those tricky corners, while for others it has been landing a new trick or obstacle. This year the Ladies have been fortunate enough to benefit from coaching expertise of Kirsteen Mitchell, Ladies World Champion 2010. It has also been a great way to meet new people and have a chat afterwards whilst enjoying the complimentary tea and coffee along with Danish pastries! Sessions will resume again around Easter next year but in the meantime here’s what they said:

“Good pastries & tea! Very friendly atmosphere, great teaching advice… Loving the NO TESTOSTERONE on the water!”
“First time coming today and felt so welcome by everyone, especially Kirsteen, she was such a great help. Thanks!”
“Always great fun, I’ve even taken time off work to be here. Great coaching, great pastries, and loads of encouragement to learn new tricks.”
“First time at ladies morning and at JBSki. Brill morning, everyone friendly and helpful. Loved the tea and cakes after, def coming back next week.”
“A couple of years watching my children and Kids Club and finally plucked up the courage to have a go myself… ladies morning is FANTASTIC! Great company and coaching and tea and Danish to finish, very civilized. Best morning all week! Thank you.” Kerri
“Absolutely the best! Learnt so much from ladies morning! Kirsteen is a superb instructor – doing things I never thought I would be able to! A thoroughly enjoyable morning with all the ladies, coffee & Danish and of course the riding!!” Brenda
