Girls Ride Day Hits the UK

A few months back, we brought you a report from UK Shred head and all round wake nutter, Jules Hayley about an event called Girls Ride Day based out in the USA. Well Jules, not busy enough with training hard to place second at the Relentless UK Pro Tour last week, has been running about like a mad thing getting the first UK Girls Ride Day organised… all for you!

The event takes place on Saturday July 17th at Quayside and for only £20 you’ll get unlimited access to the system 2.0, hot dogs, drinks, awesome prizes and a day to hang with the girls! It’s the perfect chance for you to try something new, all abilities welcome, skate, wakeboard, maybe even a sumo suit if you ask nicely!

Whether you fancy testing your balance skills on a wakeskate or want to try rayleys for the first time, this day is for you. In the company of like minded girls, you’ll be leaving with a whole lot of new friends, fun memories and a load of new tricks to your name.

Riding starts at 12 and goes until 6, don’t forget the free hot dogs, drinks and fantastic prize giveaways from their sponsors ONEILL and KESVEGAS! There might even be a little WAW Goodie bag in there too!

With HYPERLITE boards on hand for you to demo, and an abundance of RELENTLESS energy drinks, this is set to be a great day for us ladies!
