Women’s wakeboarding clinics are becoming a very popular event all across Europe. Holland’s premiere boat and cable monkey Denise De Haan took time out of her training schedule to host a ‘girls only’ cable session in her homeland. Here’s her report:

“Last weekend we had the first ‘Girls Only’ wakeboard clinic of the season! It was a huge success with more than 40 girls on the dock. Before the clinic, we had a 2 day training with Holland’s best wakeboarders at Cable Wakeboard Centre ‘de Kempervennen’. During the set-up of the training, we all agreed on the fact that there are still not enough girls on the water so we decided to organize a Girls Only clinic. We didn’t expect so many girls to sign up! It was a great group and they all gave the best they had. It was a pleasure to work with such enthusiastic girls! Because of the good weather, stoked participants and of course our sponsors Cable Wakeboard Centre de Kempervennen, Alta, Gunneman Sports, Red Bull and O’Neill this clinic became a big success!”
